This private reference site operates independently of government. It does not possess official criminal records, submit filings, retrieve records, or perform official background checks.

The guides direct readers to the Alexander County Sheriff and Clerk of Superior Court, the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, the North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry, and other outside resources relevant to their research.
